Reward Cancellation & Abuse Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Why this policy exists
Rewards must remain fair for genuine customers. Abuse harms honest users and can violate advertising platform rules.
2. Examples of abuse
- Multiple accounts by the same person to farm points
- Fake referrals or referral fraud
- Bot check-ins or automated share clicking
- False claims about completed tasks
- Intentional invalid ad traffic (repeated artificial ad clicks)
- Any coordinated scheme to extract gifts dishonestly
3. Our response
Depending on severity, we may:
- Flag the account for manual review
- Reset streaks or remove ineligible points
- Cancel unlocked promotional rewards
- Permanently ban the account
- Refuse in-store claim handover
4. Permanent ban consequences
On permanent ban related to abuse, outstanding points and promotional reward entitlements associated with the account may be cancelled as stated in the rewards system.
5. Investigation
We may review activity logs, device/IP patterns, and referral graphs. We are not obligated to reveal all detection methods publicly (to protect the system), but we aim to act in good faith.
6. Good-faith users
Ordinary customers who simply use check-in, read guides, and share honestly are the intended audience of the program.
